Page History: How would I send you log files?

While logged in one can capture the trace logs using the following instructions:
- From Main window click the Help button.
- On the Help and Support dialog click View Support Logs.
- Explorer will open.
- Zip the Trace folder.
- Attach the zip file to an email and email it to our support.
If you cannot login, you can access them by going to C:\Users\"your windows user"\AppData\Local\CTS\Live\Trace
Or, if you are using the simulated version C:\Users\"your windows user"\AppData\Local\CTS\Simulator\Trace
If you are using our latest version you can capture the trace logs by clicking on the Help and Support icon to the right of your save setting icon.
- click on Help and Support Icon
- On the Help and Support dialog click Zip Support Logs.
- Explorer will open up and provide zipped up trace folder
- Attach zip file to an emai and email it to our [email protected] email.
